Rules and Regulations

All participants must carry their school ID cards at all times. If a school ID card is not available, an Aadhaar card must be carried instead.
 

Teams must register for events in advance as per the deadlines specified.
 

All participants and attendees are expected to maintain discipline and decorum. Misconduct will lead to disqualification or removal from the fest.
 

Participants should adhere to the specific dress code for the event.​
 

Participants must report to their respective event venues at least 15 minutes before the start time. 
 

Any form of cheating, use of unfair means, or inappropriate conduct will result in immediate disqualification.
 

The decision of the referee is final and binding. No disputes or appeals will be entertained.
 

Attendees are advised to take care of their personal belongings. The school is not responsible for any loss of items.
 

The possession, use, or distribution of alcohol, drugs, or any illegal substances is strictly prohibited.
 

Attendees must use the designated trash bins for disposal of waste. Litterbugs will be penalised.

Attendees consent to being photographed or filmed by entering the event premises. These images and videos may be used for school promotional purposes.
 

Personal photography and video recording are allowed unless otherwise specified.
 

All participants and attendees must comply with the rules and regulations set forth per event. Non-compliance may result in penalties.
